Real property search and comparable-sale analysis require licensed, current data. DOMI has no live authorized MLS feed yet. Buy shows demo properties; Valuation collects requests without generating a price or confidence score.
Finance and selling decisions
AI can organize general questions about loans or sale preparation. It is not a lender, appraiser or financial advisor, and does not guarantee savings or price appreciation. Obtain advice specific to your circumstances.
Renting and property management
Automatic screening, leases, rent payments and notices are Coming Soon on DOMI. They require consent, appropriate integrations and compliance review before launch.
Repair and connected homes
Repair diagnosis, predictive maintenance, smart-home integrations and automatic booking are not available on DOMI. Inspection and urgent repairs require a qualified professional; do not rely on a chat response for safety decisions.
Property wealth
